  • Full payment is due within 72 hours of receiving a payment link.

  • VAT is applied to all items and buyer’s premiums. If the goods are exported outside of Germany by CVS or a CVS-approved shipping partner, we will issue a VAT-free invoice for the goods only, once shipment is confirmed. If you arrange your own export, VAT will be charged in full. 
  • Please ensure payment is cleared before arranging collection.

About Auto Bid

  • When you place an Auto Bid (also known as Max Bid), you enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the item. You will also receive a warning if your bid is much higher than the bid increment.
  • Other bidders do not know the value of your Auto Bid, but it is displayed to you all the time.
  • If there is a lower reserve price than the Auto Bid placed the current bid will jump to this reserve price.
  • If there is a lower Auto Bid from another user then the bid will jump to one increment above the lower Auto Bid.
  • Once an auto bid has been placed you will not be able to cancel or change the value.
